2010 North American Union or just a 'security and prosperity partnership'?!

Below are three reports by CNN's Lou Dobbs on the behind-the-scenes work being done to create a North American Union, reminiscent of the E.U., by 2010. I don't know how they're going to pull this off given the disparity of wages with Mexican labour, but, whatever this nascent union grows into should be interesting and worth watching more closely.

The American government maintains (www.spp.gov) that this is just a 'Security and Prosperity Partnership' designed to 'to increase security and to enhance prosperity among the three countries through greater cooperation'.
